TKM Festival 2008

The Festival is a very popular annual event that is designed to bring together TKM drivers from all over the UK and Europe.  Both experienced and novice drivers have a full weekend of racing designed to provide as much track time and entertainment as possible.  With a procedure that does not require control fuel or tyres and with the amount of racing, this truly is outstanding value for money.

 Every class has timed practice on Saturday morning which count as heat points.  Then at least three heats per class before the top 30 TKM Extreme drivers are moved into the “Elite” group where they will have a Pre Final and a final.  The next 26 Extreme drivers move through into the “Extreme” A Final with the remaining Extreme drivers qualifying through sub finals to make up the full 30 drivers in the “Extreme” final.  All the other classes, if there is more than 50 entries, will run under the same routine as the Extreme drivers.  However if there are less than 50 drivers in a class the first 26 move straight into their A finals, with the remaining drivers qualifying through sub finals to the 30 driver final.

 There will be special races for Veterans and Extreme Heavy drivers provided that more than 10 drivers enter these classes.

 TKM are providing TV coverage and lots of other goodies will be available so COME ALONG, JOIN IN and HAVE FUN!
