RACE DAYS

Race Days are the fourth Sunday in each month. Except January which is on the LAST Sunday. We do not race in December

The meetings are classed as "Clubman" allowing novice drivers to attend, you do not need to be a member of our club. 

We run races for Cadet - Comer, Honda and WTP, Junior TKM, Mini Max, Junior TKM Extreme, Junior Rotax UK, Senior TKM Extreme, Rotax 177 (85kgs drivers) and Rotax Max.

Races are lap scored by TranX 160 Transponders, these are available for hire on race day at £10 a meeting.

The track is open for testing on the Saturday prior to the race for those racing  on the Sunday, ALSO SEE "NEWS" FOR LATEST INFORMATION, it is open from 10:00am to 4:00pm costing £30 for those showing a Whilton Mill membership card .  It is £40 for non members.  

On race day we start signing on at 7-45am with Drivers briefing at 9-00am, but you need to be on circuit by 8-00am at the latest!

YOUR RACE DAY TIMETABLE

7-30am  Park up but not in a hard standing space as they are reserved

7-45 to 9-00am  signing on in race control - you will need the driver the guardian your licence and your club membership card

Once signed on you take your equipment (kart plus driver in race suit with gloves, boots and helmet) to scrutineering.  You will need to have filled in the scrutineering card which will be inside your programme - if in doubt ask!

9-20am Three laps practice by class according to the front of the insert in the programme

10-05am racing by class according to the time table on the back of the insert in your programme

Once the three heats are complete there will usually be a lunch break

After lunch are finals by class according to the time table on the back of the insert in your programme

After the finals the trophies are given out in the club house. 

After any race 30 minutes is allowed to dispute a result check in the clubhouse.

We expect to finish the meeting by 5-45pm
