2007 CONTROL FUEL ORDER FORM

Rotax - ABkC ‘O’ Plate

ATOL Fuel Ltd has been appointed to supply a control fuel for use by all competitors in the 2007 ABkC kart championships.  The control fuel is, MSA Kart 07, an unleaded fuel complying with BS 7800 and is specifically fingerprinted for the ABkC National and MSA British kart championships. Its blend fully complies with current MSA regulations for both championship and club level events. All competitors must use the Atol supplied MSA Kart 07 fuel for all official qualifying, heats and finals held during this event.

Fuel samples will be taken at random throughout the events for either trackside testing or be taken away for laboratory analysis. In the case of trackside testing you will be requested to supply a sample of fuel and then you and your complete kart are required to remain within a restricted area whilst the tests are being performed.  Should the trackside test results show that the fuels fingerprint is not that of the control fuel or is contaminated with any components other than two stroke-lubricating oils that are free of octane boosters, oxygenating compounds or any fuel modifying additives, it will be deemed that you are not using the control fuel. If however the trackside test results prove inconclusive you may be asked to provide further fuel samples, which will then be taken away for further laboratory analysis, to determine if the fuel fingerprint correlates with the control standard. Please note that ANY contamination of the control fuel will affect its' fingerprint and may therefore result in non-compliance. You should ensure that your fuel tank is completely clear from any other fuel before introducing the 07 championship control fuel. Any competitors unsure of any of the above or legality of their two stroke pre mix lubricant, can seek advice from Ian Mulliner at Atol Fuel.

Competitors are required to pre-order their fuel. Each competitor is required to order in multiples of 10 litres. Ordered fuel will be delivered to the circuit for collection on Friday from 12.00 noon .  To order your fuel please complete the relevant section below and send it together with your cheque made payable to ATOL Fuel Ltd and send to the address shown above to arrive no later than Friday 28th July.  Post-dated cheques cannot be accepted and any order received after the closing date may not be processed or will be subject to a £10:00 per can, late order charge, should time allow.

Cost of fuel:         10 Litre Can =    £ 40:00 Inc fuel duty and vat at the current rates.

If you require confirmation of receipt of your order or a VAT Invoice, please enclose a SAE with your order.  Please note that transfers can only be made if a minimum of 1 weeks notice prior to the event is given. Refunds will only be made after each event on uncollected fuel and will be subject to a restocking charge of £10:00 per can. Un-cleared or returned cheques will be subject to a £25:00 administration charge per transaction.

If you have any queries regarding your order or payment please contact Atol Fuel Ltd.
