Shopping is available from Long Buckby, a supermarket, or the Canal Shop behind Whilton Carpets.  Local food is available from fish and chip shops in Weedon Bec and Long Buckby there is also a good Chinese take away in Weedon Bec.  There is also food available from the Whilton Garden Centre (daytime) and the Whilton Marina (day and evening).  Eat better in Weedon Bec at one of the hotels, fuel is also available from a BP station in this village just across the lights.  Emergency welding, but not on Sunday, is available through Weedon to the small garage on the left half a mile further up the A5.
