M1 from the north use Junction 18 Crick and follow A5 South about 8 miles, at the well signposted cross roads take the left towards Little Brington & Whilton, under the railway bridge 3.9 metres high. The circuit is third of a mile on the left after going over the M1.

M1 from the south use Junction 16 as indicated for very tall vehicles.

Take the M1 to junction with A45 junction 16 (Northampton/Daventry).  Travel towards Weedon on the A45.  Pass the Holiday Inn on your right then entering Flore take the right turn Brington Rd towards Little Brington.  At the first major cross roads turn left towards Whilton.  At the Y junction (Whilton is sign posted right) go left towards Whilton Locks and Daventry.  The circuit is on your right as you travel down hill.

Shopping is available from Long Buckby, a supermarket, or the Canal Shop behind Whilton Carpets.  Local food is available from fish and chip shops in Weedon Bec and Long Buckby there is also a good Chinese take away in Weedon Bec.  There is also food available from the Whilton Garden Centre (daytime) and the Whilton Marina (day and evening).  Eat better in Weedon Bec at one of the hotels, fuel is also available from a BP station in this village just across the lights.  Emergency welding, but not on Sunday, is available through Weedon to the small garage on the left half a mile further up the A5.
