Race Entries & Saturday Testing

All drivers racing on Sunday will have testing on Saturday.

We are only able to accept additional drivers testing on Saturday  provided that they make contact with us prior to the weekend to book a place, not every class has a test vacancy!

The May Meeting 

With the additional National Championship drivers out of the way we can get back to normality for May so we do not expect grids to be full other than the Comer Cadet Class.

Time and Laps Calculations

As we are using time plus a lap for our complete race meetings in the future here are some guide lines regarding total laps for each time.  It does depend on the speed of the leaders!

4 mins + 1         Cadet = 6     Others = 7

5 mins + 1         Cadet = 7     Others = 8

6 mins + 1       Cadet = 8     Others = 9/10

7 mins + 1     Cadet = 9     Others = 10/11

8 mins + 1     Cadet = 10     Others = 11/12

9 mins + 1     Cadet = 11/12     Others = 13

 Whilton Mill Membership For 2012

Membership applications are dealt with in order of receipt as are the allocation of race numbers.  

On race weekends drivers are given priority if they have had their full entry form and payment forwarded to us before the grid(s) are full. This may often mean a week before the closing date!

 However MSA regulations state that we must inform a driver within 7 days if their entry has been accepted, thus non members fulfilling the entry requirements have to be accepted.  When we are filling the very final places in a grid and we still are holding a number of applications, only then may we give members  priority over the non members. 

DO NOT USE THE INSTANT ENTRY FORM ON THE WEB UNTIL THE MONTH OF THE MEETING AS THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM WILL NOT UNDERSTAND AND YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE RECORDED!

Wednesday Test Day Conditions 

Test days will take place between 10-00am and 4-00pm EVERY WEDNESDAY unless the weather causes us problems when details will be published on here.
